#BetterTogether FAQ's

As Centerpoint and Horizon Christian Church join together for the city, we want to answer frequently asked questions you may have. If you have any further questions email info@centerpointfl.org

What are the new service times at Centerpoint?

The new service times are 9 AM | 10:45 | 12:30 PM

Will there be enough parking at Centerpoint?

Yes! We will clear more of our property within the next month to create extra space for parking.

What is Next Steps? When is it offered?

For us, it isn't enough that we fill a service with people on Sundays. It is our mission to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, through connecting, serving and reaching. Our Next Steps environment is where we will introduce you to the history and beliefs of our church, guide you in ways to connect to others and deepen your faith, and help you assess your talents and ways you can use them in our church and the greater community.

Next Steps is a series of four steps, each about an hour and 15 minutes long, running in series each month during
our 10:45 AM service. You can jump in at any time, and there's no need to pre-register.

As Centerpoint and Horizon Christian Church join together want to make your transition as smooth as possible.
Therefore we are offering special sessions of Next Steps at Horizon!

This series of Next Step will be held on May 9, 16 & 23 at 7 PM

How do I signup to volunteer?

At Centerpoint, we call our volunteers Bridge Builders because we believe every person who serves builds a bridge to connect someone to Jesus. To become a Bridge Builder just fill out this form and team leader will contact you.

Do I need to sign up for Centerpoint Kids Check-in?

If you are joining us from Horizon your family's Planning Center Check-in information will be integrated into our system, making your check-in process as smooth as possible.

What will happen to Horizon's facilities?

The Horizon facilities will be sold. This was the decision of both Elder Teams, due to the debt on the property and because the facilities would not be a long-term solution to the growth we are experiencing now.

What will happen with Horizon Youth?

Horizon Youth will join our student ministry Velocity May 9.
Velocity meets on Wednesday nights Doors 6:30 PM | Service 7 PM

What will happen to Horizon staff?

Full-time paid staff of Horizon Christian Church will integrate into the staff of Centerpoint.
