About the Team
Centerpoint is a staff-led and elder-governed organization. Under the Articles of Incorporation, our elders (referred to as our Directional Team) are responsible for financial oversight and property disposition for the organization. Outside the Lead Pastor, who serves as President of the Team, the Directional Team consists of non-compensated, independent elders. Directional Team meetings are closed meetings held a minimum of three times annually, or more frequently at the discretion of the Team. Summary minutes of the current year meetings may be found here.
