From the first note to the final camera shot, every role helps remove distractions and create space for meaningful moments. Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. Many people join our Production Team with little or no experience. We'll provide training, help you learn the equipment, and make sure you feel supported along the way. What matters most is a willingness to learn and serve as part of a team.

  • Most team members serve about 1–2 times per month, depending on their availability. We want serving to be meaningful and sustainable, not overwhelming.

  • For the Music Team, yes. We do a simple audition process to help find the best fit and support you well. For the Production Team, no audition is required. We'll help you learn through training and hands-on experience.

  • That's completely normal. Almost everyone feels nervous at first. You won't be thrown into things alone. Our goal is to help you feel comfortable, connected, and confident as you get to know the team.

  • Absolutely. We love helping students discover and develop their gifts. Opportunities are available for middle school and high school students on both Music and Production Teams, with appropriate training and support.

  • If you're not sure where you fit, that's okay. Fill out the interest form and we'll help you find the team and role that's right for you.
