The Facilities Specialist plays a key role in creating clean, safe, and thoughtfully prepared spaces where people can gather, worship, learn, and belong. From Sunday services to weekday programs and special events, this role helps remove distractions so ministry can thrive.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare spaces for Sunday services, midweek gatherings, school operations, and special events

  • Set up and reset rooms with care—chairs, tables, signage, equipment, and supplies

  • Keep our campus clean, safe, and guest-ready throughout the week

  • Partner with staff, volunteers, and vendors to support building needs

  • Identify and address maintenance issues before they become bigger problems

  • Support special events like holidays, outreach events, weddings, and funerals

  • Help steward our campus with excellence, organization, and heart

  • Events run smoothly because spaces are prepared in advance

  • Repairs and supply needs are handled proactively

  • Teams and guests feel supported by your presence and responsiveness

Schedule & Pay

  • Full-time, Sunday–Thursday

  • Minimum of 45 Sundays per year

  • Occasional evenings or special events as needed

Salary: $32,000–$36,000 annually

Additional Information

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Background check required for all Centerpoint staff
