Summary: Centerpoint Church is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the effectiveness of our Executive Team. This full-time role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and organizational skills who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. The Executive Assistant will manage calendars, communications, and key projects, as well as coordinate events and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is a committed follower of Christ, highly relational, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams. Time Commitment and working relationship
40 hours per week, with the option to work from home some days.

Specific Responsibilities
Administrative & Executive Support
Manage calendars, correspondence, and meeting logistics for members of the Executive Team.
Act as a liaison for communication on behalf of the Executive Team, including scheduling, follow-ups, and church-wide communications.
Support travel planning and logistics for events, retreats, and speaking engagements.
Maintain clear documentation and standard operating procedures for recurring tasks and systems.
Assist in managing social media engagement and email communications for church-wide updates and initiatives.
Office Management
Oversee office supply inventory, ordering, and organization.
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for staff and guests on in-office days.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office deliveries.
Partner with HR to support internal celebrations such as staff birthdays, work anniversaries, and team-building moments.
Maintain and manage the master church calendar in coordination with ministry teams.
Event Coordination
Coordinate logistics for executive-level meetings, retreats, and staff events.
Lead planning and execution for cross-department events such as baptisms, Sunday Fundays, and special church-wide gatherings.
Collaborate with ministry teams to ensure alignment and excellence in execution.
Events & Projects
Plan and support church-wide events and staff gatherings that are led by the Executive Team (e.g., baptisms, Sunday Fundays, team retreats).
Coordinate logistics, purchasing, and communication for key initiatives and special projects.
Track timelines and ensure tasks stay on schedule for ongoing ministry-wide priorities.
