You spend a lot of the year taking care of everyone else’s plans. This one’s for you.
In the middle years, friendship tends to get whatever time is left over, and there usually isn’t much. You know you need people in your corner who understand this stage of life. Finding a free evening to actually build those friendships is the hard part.
So we’re making it easy. Friendsgiving is a potluck Thanksgiving meal with a simple setup: everyone brings a dish, nobody carries the whole thing. After we eat, we’ll play a few rounds of music bingo (singing along to your faves is totally allowed). Then we’ll move out to the firepits, where the best part of the night happens: good conversation with no agenda and nowhere else to be.
