Every donor receives a OneBlood gift, a $20 e-gift card, and a quick wellness checkup (blood pressure, temperature, iron count, pulse, and cholesterol).
Appointments aren’t required, but they help us plan and keep things running smoothly. Friendly reminder: Eat a meal about 3 hours before you donate and stay hydrated throughout the day.
