At Centerpoint, we want to be known by what we are for. And we are FOR THE CITY. Each month, we work with one of our community partner organizations to help them do better what they already do well. Every 4th Sunday, we ask our gathering to bring in a specific item for that organization and to give $4 to go towards the partner’s ministry.

This month we are partnering with The Salvation Army whose mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination. They have specifically requested we help them gather school supplies so they can help families in the Tampa Bay Area start the new year strong.

Some specific school supply needs are:

BACKPACKS, #2 PENCILS, HIGHLIGHTERS, PAPER, SPIRAL NOTEBOOKS, 3 PRONG FOLDERS, GLUE + GLUE STICKS, SCISSORS, WASHABLE MARKERS, CRAYONS, COLORED PENCILS, AND RULERS.

Bring in any new school supplies for our collection Sunday on April 26. Thank you for serving our city and loving people in real and tangible ways.
