Centerpoint Church / Reimagine

More space.
More stories.

We're creating more space to reach more people—and removing unnecessary barriers for people to find life and freedom in Jesus.

THE WHY BEHIND REIMAGINE

THIS IS ABOUT MORE
THAN A
BUILDING.

Centerpoint has always been about creating an alternative to church as usual—a place where people can belong, ask honest questions, explore faith, and encounter Jesus.

We've seen lives changed, families find community, and people return to church who never thought they would. And we believe there are more stories still to come.

We're not just building a bigger church. We're creating more opportunities for people to find life and freedom in Jesus.

THE VISION

THREE WAYS WE'RE
REIMAGINING CENTERPOINT.

Expansion. Transformation. Community.

01
EXPANSION

MAKING ROOM
FOR MORE PEOPLE.

We're planning a new 813-seat auditorium and an expanded, welcoming lobby to create more opportunities for people to experience an alternative to church as usual.

More room for people to connect, explore faith, and discover a place where they belong.

02
TRANSFORMATION

INVESTING IN THE
NEXT GENERATION.

We plan to transform our current auditorium into a gymnasium, classrooms, and gathering spaces for CC Kids and CC Students—doubling our space for children and students.

As worship moves into the new auditorium, the current auditorium building will become dedicated space for the next generation, with use arrangements coordinated through our partnership with Tampa Bay HEAT.

03
COMMUNITY

CREATING OPPORTUNITIES
BEYOND SUNDAY.

Through our strategic property partnership with Tampa Bay HEAT, we can make room for a new auditorium while repurposing the existing one for kids and students. The partnership also helps our campus serve families throughout the week.

The planned property sale and shared-use arrangements are part of the financial strategy making this next chapter possible.

HOW IT ALL FITS TOGETHER

ONE CAMPUS.
MORE POSSIBILITIES.

The new auditorium creates room to grow. Our current auditorium becomes space for kids and students. Our partnership with Tampa Bay HEAT helps make both possible.

01

BUILD NEW

813-seat auditorium + lobby. A new home for Sunday worship and connection.

02

REPURPOSE CURRENT

Gym, classrooms + gathering spaces. Our current auditorium is transformed for CC Kids and CC Students.

03

PARTNER WITH HEAT

Strategic sale + continued use. Tampa Bay HEAT's planned purchase and Centerpoint's use arrangements help both organizations serve families.

THE FINANCIAL STRATEGY

A DIFFERENT WAY FORWARD.

Our partnership with Tampa Bay HEAT creates a unique opportunity to expand ministry space while making thoughtful use of the campus we already have.

Our plan includes the new auditorium and lobby, turning our current auditorium into a gymnasium and expanded kids and student spaces, and a property sale and continued-use arrangement with HEAT that supports both organizations.

BE PART OF WHAT’S NEXT

A FRESH STARTING LINE.

Our plan has grown, so we’re asking every Centerpoint household (whether you’ve pledged before or not) to share what you expect to give from here forward. It’s not an additional ask on top of what you’ve already given. It’s an honest picture that helps us plan wisely and build only what we can responsibly fund.

Thank you. Your faithfulness got us here. Tell us what you plan to give from here forward.

Make your first commitment and join what God is doing at Centerpoint.

Give a one-time or recurring gift directly to Reimagine.

IN CASE YOU’RE WONDERING

GOOD QUESTIONS.
CLEAR
ANSWERS.

Why do we need a new auditorium?

We're making room for more people to experience an environment designed for those who are exploring faith, returning to church, or looking for community.

What happens to our current auditorium?

We plan to turn the current auditorium into a gymnasium, classrooms and gathering spaces for CC Kids and CC Students, doubling our space for children and students.

How does the partnership with HEAT work?

HEAT is planned to purchase the current auditorium property, and Centerpoint will continue using designated space for kids and students through an agreed use arrangement. The sale also helps fund the new auditorium and lobby.

What does a commitment mean?

A commitment is a planned gift toward Reimagine over the campaign period. You can also give directly at any time through the Give to Reimagine button on this page.

What if I've already made a pledge?

Since we originally launched Reimagine, our project has grown and changed. To plan responsibly, we're asking every household that has pledged to restate what they expect to give from here forward. If you'd like to keep going with your original commitment, just enter what's left. If something has changed, adjust it, or let us know you need to pause. All of those are honest, helpful answers, and there's no wrong one.

When will construction begin?

We're currently targeting early 2028 for groundbreaking, subject to approvals, financing and final scheduling.
